How do I choose the correct abaya length?
Abayas are sized by length, measured shoulder to hem. Match your height, then choose that length on the product. The same chart is on the size guide, and written out in how to choose abaya length in India.
- 52″ for height 5′0″ – 5′1″
- 54″ for height 5′2″ – 5′3″
- 56″ for height 5′4″ – 5′5″
- 58″ for height 5′6″ – 5′7″
- 60″ for height 5′8″ – 5′9″
If you regularly wear heels of 2.5 inches or higher, choose one length longer. Coord sets and floral gowns use S, M, L and XL. The model is 5′6″ and wears 58″.
Do you offer cash on delivery, and how long does it take?
Yes. Cash on delivery is available on serviceable pincodes in India, with UPI, cards and EMI at checkout. In-stock orders arrive in 3–6 days. Made-to-order abayas, and abayas shipped directly from the UAE, ship in 15–25 days. Free shipping applies above ₹3,999.
Can I order a custom colour or a made-to-order piece?
Pieces tagged made to order can be requested in other available colours. Message @ayseguzel.in or WhatsApp +91 97452 45657 with the piece, colour and length. Read the return and refund policy before you order.
Are Korean Nidha, cey, zoom and georgette see-through?
Pieces in Korean Nidha, cey, zoom and georgette are opaque, with a fluid modest drape that does not cling. The fabric is named on the product.
What is the difference between Ayşe Güzel and Leen & Zain?
Ayşe Güzel is the luxury line, made to order or in small batches, with imported fabrics and handwork. Sales are final except when a piece arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.
Leen & Zain is the everyday line, abayas under ₹3,000, made in larger batches. A return is only for damage, with an unboxing video or photographs. A size exchange is only if we sent the wrong size, or that size is in stock.
What is the return policy?
Report a problem within 48 hours of delivery. The piece must be unworn, unwashed and sent back with tags and original packaging. The full rules are on the return and refund policy.
